Welcome back! I hope you have all had an enjoyable Christmas break and are ready for a fantastic Term in Snowy Owls. Spring Term brings us lots of interesting learning and exciting experiences that I am sure you will all enjoy!
In English, our focus text is the fantastic book ‘Manfish’ written by Jennifer Berne. In this lovely biography, we learn about the adventures, inventions and explorations of the famous oceanographer Jacques Costeau which will lead us to create our own invention narratives and biograpghies. As historians we will be learning about the Romans and answer our historical enquiry question ‘How have the Romans impacted modern Britain?’. I am extremely excited to see the outcomes of learning that have been planned around this topic.
An electronic spelling and maths homework will be set on a Friday and due in the following Wednesday.
To keep up to date with what is happening in our class, please make sure you regularly check our school's Twitter feed and our class blog.
