Live video streams are exempt from meeting the accessibility regulations.

Maps

Online maps are exempt from the accessibility regulations. Essential location and contact information is provided in text on our website and can also be obtained directly from the school.

Accessibility requirements for schools

Primary and secondary schools are partially exempt from the accessibility regulations. However, content that people need in order to use school services must be accessible.

Regardless of this partial exemption, Cuddington Primary School is committed to improving the accessibility of its website and ensuring that important information is available to all members of our school community.

What we are doing to improve accessibility

We will:

• consider accessibility whenever new website content is created;
• use clear headings and meaningful link text;
• add alternative text to images where appropriate;
• make new documents accessible wherever reasonably possible;
• review older documents when they are updated or replaced;
• continue to identify and address colour, contrast and navigation issues; and

This statement was first prepared on 25 June 2025.

It was last reviewed and updated on 10 August 2026.

As part of this annual review, the school reviewed the accessibility information currently published on the website and the accessibility issues already identified. A new full independent technical accessibility audit was not carried out as part of this review.

This statement will be reviewed at least annually and will also be updated when significant changes are made to the website or when new accessibility issues are identified.
